Job Role:

An experienced AI enabled Trainer to conduct hands-on training sessions for software development team. The goal is to help developers leverage AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and related integrations to automate portions of development work, accelerate delivery, and enhance productivity. This role will involve designing and delivering practical training modules, coding demonstrations, and workflow optimization practices to help developers integrate AI seamlessly into their daily development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured training sessions for developers on AI-assisted coding using GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, and similar tools.
• Demonstrate real-world use cases of AI to accelerate development, automate repetitive coding tasks, improve code quality, and enhance documentation.
• Coach developers on prompt engineering and best practices for interacting with AI assistants within IDEs and GitHub workflows.
• Develop sample projects or exercises to help participants practice and internalize AI-assisted workflows.
• Evaluate current development practices and recommend productivity improvements using AI tools.
• Provide post-training guidance and documentation for ongoing learning and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience using GitHub Copilot, Open AI tools, or other AI-assisted coding environments in professional projects.
• Strong background in software development (preferred: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or .NET).
• Experience conducting technical training or developer enablement programs.
• Familiarity with DevOps / GitHub Actions / CI-CD and how AI can augment these processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both beginner and advanced developers.
• Ability to create clear, concise training materials and deliver sessions both in-person and virtually.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Developer Advocate, AI Trainer, or Technical Mentor.
• Experience using Copilot Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar AI tools in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of software engineering productivity metrics and how AI influences them.
