We are looking for an AI Trainer to train, evaluate, and refine AI models by creating and reviewing high-quality data and responses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail to help enhance the performance of generative AI systems.
Review and rate AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
Create high-quality prompts, questions, and sample conversations to train AI systems.
Identify gaps and suggest improvements in model outputs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent tone and style in outputs.
Conduct regular evaluations to ensure AI models align with project goals and ethical guidelines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical and reasoning ability.
Familiarity with AI tools, ChatGPT, or language models (preferred).
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to understand diverse topics and write in multiple tones/styles.
Rs. 7000/day will be paid.
