Job Description

About the Role:

AI Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging training sessions on
AI concepts, tools, and real-world applications
.
Deliver course content effectively using a mix of theory and practical coding exercises.
Guide trainees through hands-on
AI and Machine Learning projects
from concept to execution.
Simplify complex technical topics and explain them with real-world examples.
Evaluate and mentor students throughout the course to ensure strong learning outcomes.
Collaborate with the internal team to enhance course content and training materials.
Foster a motivating learning environment especially for freshers.
Provide feedback and progress reports for each batch.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
3 years of professional experience
in
AI/ML development
and project execution.
Proven experience in
training, mentoring, or team handling
roles.
Strong understanding of:

Coding agents, Agentic frameworks,
SDLC lifecycles, chatbots, RAG based applications.
Deep Learning frameworks

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify technical topics for
beginner-level audiences.
Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and developing the next generation of AI talent.
Industry certifications in AI/ML or Data Science. (preferred)
