AIML Lead (Computer Vision)

As an experienced AI/ML Developer lead specializing in computer vision, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying computer vision models and solutions for image and video analysis, object detection, and pattern recognition. Your strong background in machine learning and deep understanding of computer vision techniques will be essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop computer vision models for various applications, such as object detection, image segmentation, classification, and facial recognition. - Implement deep learning models using state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques. - Optimize models for performance and accuracy, deploying them in production environments. - Process and analyze large image and video datasets, including data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision solutions into broader AI and software products. - Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in computer vision and evaluate their practical applicability. - Debug, troubleshoot, and improve model performance and accuracy through rigorous testing and iterative optimization. - Develop tools and pipelines for the efficient handling of large-scale visual data. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Python; familiarity with C++ is a plus. - Extensive experience with deep learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. - Proficiency with OpenCV, Dlib, and Scikit-image for image and video processing. - Strong skills in data preprocessing, augmentation techniques, and data annotation tools. - Familiarity with CNNs (e.g., ResNet, VGG), R-CNN, YOLO, Mask R-CNN, and other architectures specific to object detection and segmentation. - Experience with 3D computer vision techniques and frameworks like Open3D or PointNet is a plus. - Knowledge of model optimization techniques, such as quantization, pruning, and deploying models on edge devices. - Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS (SageMaker). - Experience with RESTful APIs and building custom APIs for model deployment. - Proficient with Git for version control and comfortable working in collaborative development environments. This role also requires a strong knowledge in YOLO, 5+ years of experience in Machine learning, Deep learning, LLM's, NLP's and Chatbots, 2+ years of experience in video analytics, action recognition, and multi-object tracking, knowledge of reinforcement learning techniques as applied to computer vision tasks, familiarity with edge deployment frameworks like NVIDIA TensorRT, OpenVINO, or Coral, and a strong understanding of ethical considerations in AI applications.,
