Role and Responsibilities

1. Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their specific business processes, challenges, and automation needs across various domains and functions.
2. Present and demonstrate the capabilities of the E42 platform and Ai CO Worker for Accounts Payable automation to potential clients, showcasing how it can address their specific needs.
3. Analyze client requirements and design customized automation solutions for diverse business processes across different domains.
4. Develop and present solution proposals, including ROI analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and implementation of roadmaps tailored to various industries.
5. Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during the presales process, ensuring accurate and effective communication of the platform’s capabilities.
6. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and align with the platform’s functionalities.
7. Create detailed solution documentation, including functional and technical specifications, use cases, and business impact analysis.
8. Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and proof of concepts (POCs) to clients, customized for different verticals.
9. Gather and analyze feedback from clients and market trends to inform product enhancements and new feature development.
10. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in cognitive process automation and relevant industry-specific technologies.
11. Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on automation solutions and best practices.
12. Develop comprehensive training materials and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and user adoption.

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Good Understanding of Accounts Payable Process
2. Broad knowledge of business processes in  finance, and other functional areas.
3. Good understanding of cognitive process automation technologies, including AI.
4. Proficiency in designing and configuring automation workflows and integrating them with existing enterprise systems.
5. Proven experience in presales roles, particularly in solutioning and presenting to clients in multiple industries.
6. Strong skills in crafting compelling proposals, presentations, and POCs tailored to different verticals.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
8. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
9. Strong project management skills to handle multiple presales engagements simultaneously.
10. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage client expectations throughout the presales process.
11. Willingness to continuously learn about new technologies, industry trends, and domain-specific requirements.
12. Experience in a presales or solutions engineering role, preferably with exposure to Finance Automation.
