AI Software Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Apply your engineering skills to deliver substantial gains in development velocity, reductions in human error, and enhancements in code quality, driving faster time-to-market for software products and improved customer satisfaction.
Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-stack software developer (you must possess both front-end and back-end coding proficiency)
- Extensive experience using GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Generative AI products/projects/solutions/tools
- Demonstrated experience utilizing various LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges
- Clear understanding of when and why to select particular LLM models for specific tasks
- Verified understanding and previous application of the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
