About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Research Intern to join our research team, focusing on Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) technologies. This internship provides hands-on exposure to cutting-edge speech AI, machine learning, and model evaluation, with opportunities to contribute to real research projects, competitive analysis, and model optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate proprietary TTS and ASR models against state-of-the-art benchmarks.
• Design and implement frameworks and metrics for speech quality assessment.
• Perform comparative analysis of models across datasets and real-world use cases.
• Research competitive voice agent platforms (e.g., Vapi, Bland AI, others) and analyze features, performance, and architecture.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and academic research in ASR, TTS, and speech AI.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize models for edge, cloud, and real-time deployment.
• Conduct data preprocessing, augmentation, and experimentation with architectures.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and visualizations to track performance.
• Contribute to research publications and technical blog content.
