About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, supporting hiring processes, and building client communication strategies. It is a valuable opportunity to develop skills in human resources, recruitment strategy, and talent management while working in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social platforms, and other channels.
• Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Learn and apply effective hiring practices to identify and attract talent.
• Contribute to developing and refining client communication strategies.
• Assist in improving overall recruitment processes and workflows.

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management concepts and recruiting practices.
• Ability to source candidates using online platforms and modern techniques.
• Familiarity with interview processes and candidate evaluation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Open to students pursuing MBA, BBA, or related fields; candidates from other academic backgrounds are also welcome.
