Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, linguistics, data science, or a related field (Master's or PhD is a plus).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience working with AI systems, LLMs, or NLP. Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and platforms like LangChain or OpenAI is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong understanding of language and semantics, proficiency in prompt engineering techniques (e.g., few-shot learning, chain-of-thought prompting), excellent communication skills, and strong analytical abilities. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization is a plus.
• Research: A strong interest in staying current on AI advancements and experimenting with new approaches.
• Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across departments and share knowledge with others.

Responsibilities:

• Prompt Design & Development: Create clear, effective, and concise prompts that elicit desired outputs from LLMs and other AI systems. Developing AI SEO tools and automations.
• Iteration & Optimization: Continuously analyze and refine prompts to enhance relevance, coherence, and precision. Conduct A/B testing to find the most effective prompting strategies.
• Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, particularly in LLMs and prompt engineering techniques. Explore new strategies to enhance AI interaction.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to align AI solutions with user and business requirements. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Data Management: Collect and analyze data related to AI responses and prompt performance to guide ongoing optimization efforts.
• Training: Help train non-technical team members on how to use prompts effectively in their workflows.

Work Conditions:

This role is 100% remote and requires effective communication with teams across different time zones. Regular virtual meetings and reporting sessions are integral to this position. We are a BYOD company.
