Role Overview

We are seeking a high-agency, execution-driven Product Manager / Associate Product Manager to join our Conversive AI team.

You’ll work closely with our AI leadership and cross-functional teams to build, launch, and scale conversational AI features — including voice/text/omnichannel AI agents, industry-specific co-pilots, and intelligent workflows that define the next wave of enterprise engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product innovation and applied AI, with a deep curiosity for emerging technologies and a strong ability to translate possibilities into practical, impactful products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of AI product initiatives — from concept to launch to adoption and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market teams to ensure cohesive product execution.
• Conduct market, user, and competitive research to identify gaps, use cases, and differentiation opportunities.
• Own roadmap deliverables, define clear success metrics, and ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
• Partner with AI researchers and developers to shape the productization of LLMs, AI agents, and co-pilot workflows.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and ecosystem trends to inform Conversive’s product strategy.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade, regulatory, and ethical AI standards.

• 1–2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager.
• Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, AI startups, or conversational AI platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong logical reasoning, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Deep curiosity about how the AI world is evolving, with an understanding of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI prototyping tools (e.g., Cursor, Replit, Lovable, n8n, etc.) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and a bias for execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
