Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy Social Media and Content Creator Intern with a strong foundation in AI-powered content generation and video editing. This is not a typical social media role. We are looking for an individual who can leverage cutting-edge AI tools like HeyGen and advanced video editing techniques to produce stunning, futuristic content that reflects our brand's identity. You will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and telling the Quantum Gandiva AI story in the most innovative ways possible.

Highest Required Qualification:

The primary requirement for this role is demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience with AI content generation tools and professional video editing. Candidates must be able to showcase a portfolio or examples of work created using tools such as HeyGen, RunwayML, Midjourney, etc., combined with strong video editing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI-Powered Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling video, image, and text content using AI tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, RunwayML, and Midjourney to explain complex AI/Quantum concepts in a simple, visually engaging manner.
• Advanced Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for all social media platforms, incorporating AI-generated assets, motion graphics, and dynamic storytelling.
• Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute a sophisticated social media strategy that positions Quantum Gandiva AI as a leader in the tech space. Manage content calendars and posting schedules across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with our online community, fostering discussions around AI, quantum computing, and our technology.
• Performance Analytics: Analyze social media metrics to track the performance of AI-driven content, derive actionable insights, and continually refine the content strategy for maximum impact.
• Trend-Spotting: Stay at the absolute cutting edge of AI content tools, social media trends, and new content formats, and be the first to propose and implement them.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Mandatory: A strong portfolio showcasing your experience with AI video/image generation tools (e.g., HeyGen, RunwayML) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut).
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, and how to create platform-native content.
• Excellent storytelling abilities, with a knack for translating complex technical topics into engaging narratives.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film) is a plus, but a strong portfolio is more important.
