About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Full-Stack AI Platform Engineer to join our team at MindGryd Software Private Limited and work on a cutting-edge AI-powered platform ecosystem. You'll be building and scaling multiple interconnected products that leverage advanced AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, and modern web technologies to deliver real-world business value.

This is a rare opportunity to work on the full spectrum of AI application development - from designing multi-agent workflows with LangGraph to building responsive React frontends, from integrating with multiple LLM providers to deploying production systems on Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning (40%)

• Design and implement multi-agent systems using LangGraph and LLM orchestration patterns
• Optimize prompt engineering and agent behaviors for reliability and cost efficience
• Build AI tools and integrations (web scraping, image generation, knowledge bases)
• Implement structured conversation memory, trimming, and summarization systems
• Debug and optimize AI agent workflows and state management

Backend Development (30%)

• Build scalable REST APIs with FastAPI (Python) and Express (Node.js)
• Implement WebSocket servers for real-time bidirectional communication
• Design MongoDB schemas and optimize database queries with async operations
• Integrate external APIs (payment gateways, cloud services, social platforms)
• Implement authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0, NextAuth)

Frontend Development (20%)

• Build responsive web applications with Next.js and React 19
• Implement complex UI components with Tailwind CSS
• Manage application state with Redux Toolkit and React Context
• Integrate real-time features using WebSocket connections
• Optimize performance and user experience

DevOps & Infrastructure (10%)

• Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and GitLab CI
• Containerize applications with Docker (multi-architecture: ARM64/AMD64)
• Monitor application health, logging, and error tracking
• Manage production deployments and rollback strategies

Ideal Candidate Profile

Technical Excellence

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 1+ years working with LLMs or AI agent systems
• Demonstrated ability to build production-ready applications from scratch
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience with both synchronous and asynchronous programming paradigms

AI/ML Competency

• Deep understanding of how LLMs work and their limitations
• Experience designing multi-step AI workflows and agent systems
• Knowledge of prompt engineering best practices
• Ability to optimize for cost, latency, and reliability

Full-Stack Mindset

• Comfortable working across the entire stack (database → backend → frontend)
• Can translate business requirements into technical architectures
• Understands user experience and performance optimization
• Writes clean, maintainable, well-documented code

Ownership & Initiative

• Takes ownership of features from design to deployment
• Proactively identifies and solves problems
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Balances speed with quality and technical debt

Communication & Collaboration

• Clear technical communication (documentation, code reviews, discussions)
