• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing AI or technology implementation projects.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Experience with Language Models (LLMs) and their application in recruitment.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and technologies.
