Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Generalist with a builder’s mindset to help us explore, implement, and scale applied AI across our ventures. Your role will be part technologist, part systems thinker, and part product problem-solver — enabling our teams to go from “I wish this could be automated” to “it already is.”

This is not a research role — it’s a highly practical, business-impacting position focused on solving real-world problems using LLMs, agents, and automation stacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and functional heads to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies

• Rapidly prototype AI-first solutions using tools like GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Make, Zapier, Notion, LangChain, etc.

• Build and maintain custom GPT agents, prompt stacks, internal dashboards, or micro-tools for operations

• Integrate APIs, CRMs, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Excel/Sheets, and internal apps

• Create and maintain internal knowledge systems using AI (e.g., semantic search, smart FAQs, SOP bots)

• Stay ahead of AI developments (e.g., GPT-5, multi-agent ecosystems, API updates) and bring relevant insights back to the team

• Train and onboard internal teams to become AI-augmented operators

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Problem-solver first, tool-user second — doesn’t get blocked by the tech

• Strong systems thinking and operational curiosity

• Self-starter who prototypes before theorizing

• Capable of switching context between business domains (marketing to construction to travel)

• Able to communicate ideas clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills & Background

• Familiarity with modern AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Mistral)

• Working knowledge of no-code/low-code tools (Make.com, Airtable, Glide, Bubble, Zapier)

• Strong command of prompt engineering and ability to design reusable prompt stacks

• Exposure to basic APIs, webhooks, data manipulation

• Bonus: Experience with WhatsApp Business API, Google Workspace automation, or CRM workflows

• Bonus: Prior work in media, travel, real estate, or F&B
