AI Generalist

This role is for a curious, solutions-oriented innovator who sees possibilities where others see complexity — someone who can think strategically, experiment boldly, and implement intelligently. As our AI Generalist, you’ll help shape how AI powers workflows and processes across the company, making operations smoother, creative outputs faster, and decision-making smarter.

You’ll work closely with different teams, exploring, testing, and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, creativity, and impact.

What You’ll Own:

AI Integration & Experimentation

• Explore, test, and implement AI tools to enhance workflows across creative, operational, and business functions.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, creativity, and decision-making.

Prompt Engineering & Optimization

• Design and optimize AI prompts to generate actionable outputs for various teams.
• Help teams leverage AI for content creation, ideation, automation, and data insights.

Cross-Functional Enablement

• Assist teams in adopting AI-powered workflows and automating repetitive tasks.
• Solve day-to-day challenges using AI solutions to improve productivity.

Knowledge Sharing & Training

• Create resources, guides, and training sessions to help teams adopt AI effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with AI innovations and ensure the company remains ahead of the curve.

Who You Are

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in AI, prompt engineering, or applied tools.
• Strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt across functions, and work independently.
• Bonus: knowledge of photography, videography, or creative workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
