We’re on the lookout for a Senior Photo Editor — someone who combines technical finesse with a deeply emotional eye. If you can look at a photo and know exactly what it needs — not just to look beautiful, but to feel something — we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:Crafting Emotion Through Edits

• Enhance and retouch images with care, adjusting lighting, colour, and composition to reveal the soul of every moment.
• Apply thoughtful colour correction to evoke the right emotion — whether that’s the warmth of a wedding hug or the quiet strength of a portrait.
• Crop and frame images to elevate their story, removing distractions without losing depth.

Maintaining Visual Harmony

• Ensure all final images meet Framed’s aesthetic and quality standards.
• Spot even the smallest inconsistencies — and lovingly correct them.
• Keep your edits consistent with the mood and message of each project, whether it’s a wedding, portrait session, or brand story.

File Love & Organisation

• Keep our digital house in order: RAWs, WIPs, finals — you’ll know where everything lives.
• Follow a simple, clean asset management system to help the team find what they need, fast.
• Export images in the required formats and resolutions, always on time.

Collaborating with the Heart

• Work closely with photographers, creative leads, and designers to understand the emotional intent behind every shoot.
• Contribute to layout and design conversations (albums, digital media), ensuring the images shine in every space they live in.
• Share feedback, ideas, and maybe even music playlists — we’re a collaborative bunch.

Who you are:

• You have 4+ years of experience in photo editing — weddings, portraits, or soulful commercial work is a big plus.
• You know your way around Lightroom and Photoshop like second nature.
• You understand colour theory, composition, and how light plays with emotion.
• You’re organised, detail-oriented, and take real pride in your work.
• You can handle feedback with grace and give it with kindness.
• You're not just editing — you're storytelling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
