What you’ll enjoy doing

• Lead wedding photo post-production

  : Culling, colour grading & consistency & skin/cleanup & composites for social media, exports & master delivery.

• Set the visual tone

  for all wedding projects by maintaining the TCA look and emotional consistency across stories.

• Guide & review

  work done by the junior editors and album team - setting standards, ensuring accuracy, and building efficient workflows.

• Collaborate with photographers, cinematographers, and the ideation team

  to deliver cohesive narratives across photo and film.

• Implement smart, AI-assisted workflows

  to improve speed and efficiency without losing the craft.

• Mentor & upskill

  newer editors through structured feedback, knowledge sharing, and review sessions.

You’ll thrive here if you

• Have

  2–3 years

  of hands-on photo editing experience (weddings/events/portraits preferred).
• Are fluent in

  Lightroom

  and

  Photoshop

  , with strong technical and aesthetic judgement.
• Bring a

  polished portfolio

  showing clean colour work, natural tones, and a feel for storytelling.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with creative & production teams;

  Telugu & Engligh

  is a plus.
• Value deadlines, clarity, and craft in equal measure.

Growth at TCA
