Role Overview

AI Engineer

Vakta AI engineering team

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize
ML/DL/NLP models
for speech and text processing.
Work with
ASR and TTS systems
, focusing on accuracy, speed, and real-time integration.
Pre-process and clean large datasets for training and validation.
Implement
Transformer, RNN, and CNN
architectures using
TensorFlow or PyTorch
.
Integrate AI models into production pipelines via
APIs or microservices
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, backend, and product managers).
Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, latency, and robustness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s in
Computer Science
,
AI
,
Data Science
, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in
ML/DL/NLP model development
.
Proficiency in
Python
and libraries like
NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
.
Experience with
LLMs (Large Language Models)

Familiarity with
Hugging Face
