About the Role:

AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement

  AI/ML models and algorithms

  for various business use cases.
• Preprocess, clean, and analyze

  structured and unstructured datasets

  for model training.
• Develop

  end-to-end AI pipelines

  , including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models to improve

  accuracy, performance, and scalability

  .
• Collaborate with

  software engineers and DevOps teams

  to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Research and implement

  state-of-the-art AI techniques

  to solve business challenges.
• Monitor deployed AI systems and ensure their

  performance, fairness, and reliability

  over time.
• Document models, methodologies, and code to maintain

  reproducibility and compliance

• Stay updated with

  latest advancements in AI/ML frameworks, tools, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  big data tools

  (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with

  MLOps practices

  for automated deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI models.
• Publications or contributions to

  AI research

  or open-source projects.
