About the Role

This is a high-impact AI-driven learning opportunity — perfect for someone eager to work on full-stack development, AI integrations, workflow automation, and scalable system design. As a trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience building internal tools and AI-powered workflows alongside a driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and build full-stack applications using React/Next.js, Node.js, Express, Python, and related technologies
• Integrate and manage AI services such as OpenAI, Whisper, ElevenLabs, Vapi, etc.
• Design and deploy automation workflows using Replit, Make.com, n8n, or similar platforms
• Collaborate with product and design teams to develop intuitive UIs and scalable backend systems
• Contribute to architecture planning, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline setup Take ownership of project delivery — from scoping and development to testing and deployment
• Build internal tools and systems that enhance operational efficiency
• Stay up to date with emerging AI APIs, developer tools, and trends in tech

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (B.Tech, BSc, MCA, BE, etc.)

Strong familiarity with AI/ML model integration via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Whisper, ElevenLabs)

Prior exposure to -Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or other automation platforms Solid understanding of databases, RESTful APIs, authentication, and CI/CD workflows Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
Willingness to go beyond standard hours when needed to meet milestones or resolve blockers.
