AI Developer

We are a UK and India based fast growing technology firm focused on developing software products aimed at insurance and reinsurance organizations. We use latest cutting-edge enterprise technologies to innovate and build suite of products across the insurance lifecycle – all utilizing enterprise best practices in terms of product design and development.

Job Key Responsibilities:

• AI Solution Development:

  Develop, train, and deploy AI and Generative AI models to address business challenges.

• Vector Database Implementation:

  Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) to support semantic search and similarity-based applications.

• API Development:

  Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs for AI solution integration into existing systems.

• Data Engineering:

  Build and optimize data pipelines, including PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and database performance tuning.

• Model Optimization:

  Fine-tune and optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver high-impact AI capabilities.

• Documentation:

  Write clean, maintainable code and document AI workflows, models, and systems.

Insurance Expertise (Preferred):

Technology Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in

  Python

  and related AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Proven experience with

  Generative AI models

  (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude) and their deployment.
• Hands-on experience with

  vector databases

  (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Proficiency in building and integrating

  REST APIs

  .
• Solid understanding of

  PostgreSQL

  or similar relational databases, including query optimization and schema design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex AI projects.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for CI/CD pipelines in AI model deployment.

Understanding of ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations.
