Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Engineer, based in Ranchi, with flexibility for partial remote work. As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement advanced AI models, with a focus on areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), pattern recognition, and neural networks. The role involves end-to-end involvement in software development, from coding and model training to testing and optimization, ensuring scalable and efficient deployment of AI solutions. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business and product strategies. Qualifications Strong foundation in Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) Proficiency in Computer Science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and programming languages such as Python or Java Experience in Software Development, including design, implementation, and testing Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative AI-driven solutions Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with interdisciplinary teams Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields Familiarity with industry-standard AI frameworks and tools, and experience in cloud-based AI development is a plus
