Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Engineer, based in Ranchi, with flexibility for partial remote work. As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement advanced AI models, with a focus on areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), pattern recognition, and neural networks. The role involves end-to-end involvement in software development, from coding and model training to testing and optimization, ensuring scalable and efficient deployment of AI solutions. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business and product strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Proficiency in Computer Science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and programming languages such as Python or Java
• Experience in Software Development, including design, implementation, and testing
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative AI-driven solutions
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with interdisciplinary teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields
• Familiarity with industry-standard AI frameworks and tools, and experience in cloud-based AI development is a plus
