building AI systems from the ground up

What You’ll Do:

• Design and deploy

  end-to-end AI systems

  — from prototype to production.
• Build

  AI agents

  using the latest models (GPT-4.1/O3/O4, Claude Opus 4, Gemini).
• Develop

  RAG pipelines

  , semantic search workflows, and fine-tune open-source LLMs.
• Work with

  LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex

  , and vector databases to create high-performance solutions.
• Handle

  real-world messy datasets

  , ETL pipelines, and data retrieval systems.
• Contribute to

  scalable, reliable AI-native infrastructure

  using Kubernetes and cloud/on-prem environments.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–8 years

  of experience in AI Applications, Systems Engineering, or Data Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with

  LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex

  , or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency with

  vector databases, embeddings

  , and

  semantic search

  .
• Familiarity with

  Kubernetes, containerization

  , and

  AWS/GCP

  .
• Strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  multi-agent systems

• Exposure to

  risk analysis, defence systems, or energy infrastructure

• Familiarity with

  AI observability and monitoring frameworks
