AI Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Work Mode: 5 Days from Office (Mon–Fri), Saturday WFH

Experience: 1–3 years

Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects—from gathering requirements to building, testing, and deploying models.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document AI/ML requirements.

Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML models to solve real-world business problems.

Preprocess, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.

Research and evaluate appropriate machine learning algorithms and tools.

Implement, fine-tune, and optimize models for performance and accuracy.

Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.

Communicate results and insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.

Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems (any one or more).

Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.

Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.

Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with vector databases, LLMs, or generative AI solutions.

Prior exposure to working in a startup/fast-paced environment.
