Head of Key Accounts

Role Overview: As the Head of Key Accounts at DealBerg, you will be instrumental in driving strategic account management efforts, fostering strong client partnerships, and spearheading initiatives to enhance customer value and retention. Your main focus will revolve around overseeing large enterprise accounts within industries like F&B, retail, eCommerce, and fashion. Key Responsibilities: - Build and lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional client value. - Manage end-to-end relationships with major clients and devise account growth strategies. - Analyze account performance, market trends, and operational metrics to facilitate informed business decisions and risk mitigation. - Collaborate with product, operations, and supply chain functions to ensure optimal delivery and innovation for clients. - Identify and leverage new business opportunities within existing accounts to support DealBerg's market expansion. - Champion customer-centricity by continuously enhancing solutions to surpass client expectations. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing key accounts in B2B, procurement tech, e-commerce, or related sectors. - Strong leadership, business development, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills. - Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, supply chain, or a related field.
