We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tax Senior Accountant to provide US tax compliance services for our private equity and hedge fund clients. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong accounting background who is comfortable working with tax computations, financial analysis, and investor reporting. You'll be a key part of the tax department, working on a variety of projects and collaborating with other areas of the firm to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables. Key Responsibilities Tax Compliance & Reporting: Provide US tax compliance services for private equity funds, hedge funds, and investment partnership clients. Work on the computation of taxable income and tax adjustments , including security analysis, tax allocations, and the preparation of US tax forms. Analyze transactions for US tax consequences . Handle tax reporting for investors and manage tax filings. Investor Services: Contribute to the timely delivery of Schedule K-1s to investors. Collaboration & Projects: Interface with other areas of the firm to ensure seamless service delivery. Work on various projects within the tax department, gaining cross-training and assisting in special projects as necessary. Deliver a high-quality product in all tasks. About You Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Skills: Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Strong skills in using MS Excel , including comfort with formulas, an understanding of macros, and proficiency in pivot tables. An intuitive and quick study of various software applications.
