About the Role

• We are seeking a highly imaginative and technically adept Creative Designer with a strong background in eCommerce and hands-on experience integrating AI tools into the creative process. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between design innovation and data-driven performance, creating engaging visuals and experiences that elevate our digital presence and drive conversions.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop visually compelling designs for websites, product pages, landing pages, banners, emails, and social media tailored to eCommerce platforms.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) to generate assets and speed up creative workflows.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to translate concepts into high-performing visual experiences.
• Optimize creative assets for different stages of the customer journey (awareness, consideration, conversion).
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across digital touchpoints.
• A/B test creative elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Stay up to date with AI trends, design technologies, and eCommerce UX best practices.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a digital or eCommerce design role.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/animation tools (e.g., After Effects or Lottie).
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools for image generation, content creation, or design automation.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce).
• Knowledge of conversion-focused design principles and CRO strategies.
• Excellent visual, typographic, and layout skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Portfolio showcasing eCommerce campaigns and AI-enhanced creative work.
• Preferred (Nice to Have)
• Experience with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
• Knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, or product photography.
• UI/UX experience in DTC (direct-to-consumer) brand environments.
