We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing & Creative Strategist who brings deep expertise in digital advertising, AI-driven content creation, and performance marketing across leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. This is a hybrid role that blends creativity, AI fluency, and strategic media planning—perfect for someone who thinks both analytically and creatively.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Creative Development:

• Conceptualize and produce compelling digital creatives for social media, Amazon, Flipkart, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create product videos, banners, and AI-generated content for ads.

AI-Driven Marketing:

• Utilize AI tools (like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to create ad campaigns and automate workflows.
• Ideate and produce AI-powered advertisements and product launch creatives.

Performance Marketing:

• Design and execute paid campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google, and Meta platforms.
• Analyze and optimize ad spend to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for creative and targeting.

Strategy & Execution:

• Create 360-degree marketing strategies for product launches, sales campaigns, and festival promotions.
• Coordinate with e-commerce and sales teams to align marketing efforts with marketplace algorithms and trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and creative strategy.
• Strong portfolio of digital creatives and ad campaigns across Amazon/Flipkart.
• Proficiency with AI tools used for creative generation and marketing automation.
• Deep understanding of Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Product Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and communicate effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO/ASO for e-commerce.
• Experience with product storytelling and branding.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, and Figma.
