AI Digital Marketer

Role Overview:

We're seeking a forward-thinking AI-ready digital marketer who can lead data-driven marketing strategies by integrating traditional digital marketing tactics with the power of AI, automation, analytics, and modern web technologies. You'll be at the forefront of managing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing client ROI, and building scalable systems using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage: Oversee the digital marketing unit covering SEO/SEM, Social Media, ORM, Web Analytics, Email, Affiliate, and Mobile/Web Application campaigns.

AI & Automation Integration: Use tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Writesonic, Zapier, Make, and Google Scripts to automate workflows and enhance productivity.

Client Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns using AI-powered insights and analytics.

Pitch & Acquire: Present data-backed marketing solutions to new clients. Contribute actively to lead generation and business development.

P&L Ownership: Monitor budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure profitability of the assigned digital unit.

Team Leadership: Communicate with a team of AI-empowered marketers and developers.

Web & Tech Understanding: Be hands-on with web technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, CMSs, and mobile-responsive frameworks.

Required Skills:

Strong grasp of AI tools (ChatGPT, Google AI Studio, Grok, Jasper, Writesonic), marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, MixPanel, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

Ability to use code-based automations (Google Scripts, Zapier, Make, n8n) for live data updates and task flows.

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Strategic thinking with a data-first mindset

Sound knowledge of Open Source Web Technologies

Experience with MarTech stacks and performance optimization
