AI Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and versatile AI Developer – Trainer cum Developer who is eager to work on AI/ML projects and also engage in training and mentoring learners. This role is ideal for candidates who are strong in technical development and have the confidence or interest in teaching and guiding others. You’ll work across both AI project development and training delivery, helping build intelligent systems while also helping others understand and grow in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Development Responsibilities:

 Assist in designing and developing AI/ML models using Python and ML frameworks.

 Work on small to mid-size projects in areas like NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.

 Support in integrating models into applications using REST APIs or web frameworks (Flask/Django).

 Participate in model training, testing, validation, and deployment.

 Write clean, maintainable code and document project workflows.

 Collaborate with senior developers or teams to solve real-world AI problems.

Training Responsibilities:

 Conduct or assist in training sessions on AI/ML, Python, or Data Science (online/offline).

 Guide learners through practical exercises, assignments, and projects.

 Create or update learning content, slides, and hands-on labs.

 Help students with their doubts, projects, and interview preparation.

 Deliver webinars, workshops, or boot camps as needed.

Technical Skills:

 Good knowledge of Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.

 Basic to intermediate understanding of machine learning or deep learning concepts.

 Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs (preferred but not mandatory).

 Understanding of API integration and basic web technologies.

 Version control using Git (preferred).

Communication & Teaching Skills:

 Clear communication in English and/or regional language.

 Willingness to explain technical concepts to others.

 Public speaking or mentoring experience is a plus (but not required).  Positive, approachable, and learner-friendly attitude.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or any relevant field.

 Completed certifications or academic projects in AI/ML preferred.  Freshers with strong portfolios, GitHub, or internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
