AI Developer

You are an experienced Senior AI Developer who will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing advanced AI/ML models to solve complex business problems. Your primary focus will be on developing and deploying machine learning models, analyzing large datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the performance of AI/ML models in production. Location: Hyderabad/Indore Key Responsibilities Develop Models: Design, build, and optimize machine learning models. Data Analysis: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets. Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Deploy & Maintain: Deploy AI/ML models into production and ensure their performance. Innovate: Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and implement best practices. Document: Maintain comprehensive documentation of models and processes. Lead Team: Mentor and guide AI/ML team members. Qualifications Education: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field. Experience: 2 to 8 years in a development role with 2+ years in AI/ML development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or R. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. Knowledge of big data technologies and databases. Leadership: Proven leadership and mentorship abilities. Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
