Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to become a part of our team. If you have a solid background in creating and implementing advanced AI/ML models to address challenging business issues, then you might be the perfect fit for this role. As a Data Scientist, your primary responsibilities will include designing, constructing, and refining machine learning models. You will also be tasked with gathering, preprocessing, and examining extensive datasets, as well as developing data visualizations and dashboards to effectively convey your discoveries. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will be working closely with various teams to establish project requirements and deliverables. Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying AI/ML models into production and ensuring their performance, accuracy, and efficiency, along with maintaining thorough documentation of models and procedures. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. Moreover, you should have at least 6 years of experience in a development capacity, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to AI/ML model development. Proficiency in Python or R is essential, along with hands-on experience in utilizing tools like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. A good understanding of big data technologies and databases is also required. Leadership skills are crucial for this role, as you will be expected to demonstrate your ability to lead and mentor others. Strong problem-solving capabilities, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, are equally important.
