AI Developer

As a Senior AI Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced AI/ML models to solve complex business problems. Your main tasks will include: - Developing Models: Designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models. - Data Analysis: Collecting, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets. - Collaborating: Working with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. - Deploying & Maintaining: Deploying AI/ML models into production and ensuring their performance. - Innovating: Staying updated with AI/ML advancements and implementing best practices. - Documenting: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of models and processes. - Leading Team: Mentoring and guiding AI/ML team members. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Education: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field. - Experience: 2 to 8 years in a development role with 2+ years in AI/ML development. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Python or R. - Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. - Knowledge of big data technologies and databases. - Leadership: Proven leadership and mentorship abilities. - Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
