As an AI Specialist, you should have at least 4 years of practical experience in working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Your overall IT experience is not the main focus; however, a background in the fintech or financial services domain is crucial for this role. Your expertise should be demonstrated through successfully fine-tuning LLMs for operational environments, rather than academic or Proof of Concept (PoC) projects. Your responsibilities will include managing the infrastructure required for hosting and deploying LLMs on custom setups. Additionally, you should be proficient in evaluating LLM performance using established industry methodologies and frameworks. In terms of technical skills, you must be highly skilled in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face. A strong grasp of LLM architectures and optimization techniques is essential. Familiarity with both cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure for AI deployments will be advantageous.
