AI Developer

You will be responsible for designing comprehensive architectures for GenAI applications using Azure OpenAI LLM. Your role will involve integrating RAG systems to enhance AI applications with contextually relevant data retrieval capabilities. It is essential to ensure that the solutions you design are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with the business objectives. You will oversee the development and deployment of GenAI solutions on Azure, working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, client technical, and business teams. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will define technical requirements and business goals. You will need to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders. As a qualified candidate, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI and machine learning, focusing on solution architecture. Hands-on experience in deploying at least one end-to-end GenAI project is required. Your expertise should include proven experience with Azure OpenAI LLMs and its application in enterprise environments, as well as hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. You should have a strong command of Azure cloud services and architecture, proficient programming skills in Python, and familiarity with AI development tools and libraries. Knowledge of AI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment processes is crucial. Additionally, you must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with strong leadership and project management abilities.
