Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Consultant to join our Agentic AI Center of Excellence (CoE) within AI-Labs. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering cutting-edge Proof-of-Concept (POC) solutions that leverage Microsoft Azure, OpenAI. Successful candidates would be expected to translate business goals into scalable, modular Agentic AI solutions that demonstrate tangible value and innovation to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand objectives, KPIs, and desired outcomes of AI initiatives.
- POC Development: Design and implement hands-on Agentic AI prototypes using Azure AI, OpenAI, and NVIDIA frameworks.
- Framework Integration: Build intelligent agents using AutoGen, Crew.AI, LangChain, Open AI SDK, and integrate them into enterprise-grade applications.
- Cloud Experience: Work with realistic or synthetic datasets to build robust data pipelines, leveraging enterprise grade Cloud Services (preferably Azure).
- Enterprise Integration: Deploy AI agents using RESTful microservices, Fast API, and containerized environments (as required).
- Responsible AI: Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance throughout the AI lifecycle.
Role Requirements And Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI solution design and development.
- Hands-on experience with AutoGen, Crew.AI, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agent SDK.
- Deploying, Inferencing, and fine tuning GPT Models, Azure Cognitive services.
- Prompt engineering, Context Engineering (Agent memory), Tool calling & chaining, and Multi-Agent Orchestration.
- Good Proficiency in Azure AI Foundry & Agent Service, Azure App services, Azure Integration services (Logic Apps), Azure Blob Storage, Azure AI Search, MCP/ A2A protocols, Vector/ Graph DBs
- Programming expertise in Python, Fast API (Pydantic, REST APIs), SQL (SQL Alchemy) with Microservice architecture.
- Experience with Data preprocessing, feature engineering, synthetic data generation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders & effectively transfer industry knowledge to peers.
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science)
- Preferred Certifications :
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).
- NVIDIA/ Google Certified AI Practitioner or equivalent minimum specialization in Generative/Agentic AI.
