Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and creative IT and AI Specialist to lead our digital initiatives. This role blends AI-driven automation, web and media content development, and digital marketing to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: AI & Automation Development

● Design, develop, and deploy AI-based tools such as:

▪ AI-powered front desk receptionist/chatbots

▪ Car rental and driver attendance automation

▪ Customer interaction tools (voice/text/visual AI)

● Evaluate and integrate third-party AI solutions and APIs for operational improvement.

Web & Digital Platform Management

● Oversee and update the company website (CMS management, plugins, hosting).

● Implement SEO best practices and manage basic backend improvements.

● Analyze performance using Google Analytics and suggest enhancements.

Content Creation (with AI tools)

● Generate content (text, images, video, animations) using tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canv, etc.

● Create business presentations, explainer videos, and case study media for marketing/sales use.

● Assist in professional photography/videography shoots or coordinate with vendors.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

● Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

● Plan, schedule, and publish posts to enhance digital presence.

● Monitor engagement and run basic campaigns if required.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

● Experience with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Google Bard, custom chatbot builders, RPA tools like UiPath, etc.)

● Python coding

● Familiarity with CMS (WordPress or similar)

● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (a plus, not mandatory)

● Proficiency with graphic design and media tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)

Marketing & Analytics

● Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console

● Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital content strategies

● Social media content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)

Soft Skills

● Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities

● Ability to work independently and across teams (Operations, Sales, Management)

● Interest in staying updated with emerging AI and digital trends

Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science

● Minimum 2 years of work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
