Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Agency Management & Strategic Oversight

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our digital marketing agency: define campaign objectives, review strategies, and ensure project alignment with brand and business goals.
  • Evaluate and approve agency-generated concepts, content, and assets—ensuring brand messaging and creative quality.
  • Set clear KPIs in consultation with leadership; monitor agency performance; analyze reports and hold the agency accountable for results.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and agency teams to allocate budget for paid and organic campaigns.


AI & MarTech Integration

  • Guide the agency on deploying the most effective AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., automation, personalization, predictive analytics, AI copy/content tools).
  • Review and optimize data-driven insights, campaign performance, and customer journey analytics using advanced MarTech solutions.
  • Stay up to date with evolving AI and marketing technology trends, making informed recommendations for adoption.

  • Internal Collaboration & Leadership

    • Liaise between the agency and internal functions (content, product, sales, and academic) to ensure cohesive messaging and effective execution.
    • Train and upskill internal team members on the basics of AI and digital marketing, as needed.
    • Represent the company at relevant industry events, webinars, and forums.



    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
    • At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, with significant exposure to agency/vendor management.
    • Strong familiarity with AI-powered MarTech tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, HubSpot, Adext, Zapier).
    • Experience evaluating, briefing, and appraising digital agencies or external marketing partners.
    • Excellent analytical and project management skills; ability to translate business goals into clear digital strategies.
    • Strong communication skills in English; additional regional language skills a plus.
    • Demonstrated passion for EdTech, K12 education, and technology-enabled impact.
    • Experience working in EdTech or education marketing.
    • Certifications in digital marketing or MarTech solutions.
    • Portfolio of successful agency-managed or AI-enhanced marketing initiatives.
