About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging educational programs using psychological insights and 

  AI-powered learning solutions

  .
• Lead business development by forging new partnerships with schools and educational organizations locally and globally.
• Actively participate in and manage enrollment processes—handle student and school lead conversion, coordinate with internal counselors, and run campaigns.
• Employ AI technology and analytics to increase outreach, understand enrollment trends, and inform strategic decisions.
• Utilize social media personally and via freelancers to promote programs, expanding the organizational reach.
• Continuously update knowledge on advances in education, psychology, and AI to keep our offerings ahead of the curve.
• Contribute to management strategies and provide training to the team on using new-age AI solutions for business growth and educational excellence.
  

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology

   (required)
• PhD candidates need not apply
• 1–2+ years of experience as a psychologist in education/business development/EdTech
• Strong orientation towards business development and enrollment management
• Demonstrated use of 

  AI tools

   and technology in education or outreach
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities
• Passion for education and leveraging technology to make an impact
• Leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and deliver training
• Willingness to work in the office and in the field
