Sales Strategy & Performance:Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, monitoring market trends, and adapting strategies to market changes.
Team Leadership:Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Client & Channel Management:Building and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing clients, channel partners, and institutional clients, and managing the entire client transaction process.
Operations & Reporting:Overseeing sales operations, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Business Development:Identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders like developers and internal departments.
