We are hiring Area Sales Manager at Ocman Realty.We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Leader to join our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building, leading, and motivating sales teams while developing effective strategies to achieve organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Identify areas of improvement and develop sales strategies & plans to achieve sales targets.2. Recruit, hire, and train sales staff while implementing development programs.3. Lead and manage sales teams, ensuring smooth sales operations.4. Set quarterly and annual sales goals, motivate the team to exceed targets.5. Manage and monitor sales budgets effectively.6. Track market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts.7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels.8. Review customer activities and anticipate future needs for better business planning.9. Prepare sales reports and share insights with the leadership team.10. Handle and manage a team size of 15-20 employees.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Master's degree preferred).2. Proven experience of managing large sales teams (15-30 employees preferred).3. 2-5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.4. At least 1 years of direct sales and sales technology experience.5. Prior senior leadership experience (2+ years) is an added advantage.6. Strong knowledge of sales strategies, competitor products, and market dynamics.7.
