CLIENT: Leading corporate business house in diverse businesses like logistics,shipping,warehousing solutions with multiple locations.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including on-boarding, engagement, grievance resolution, and seamless exit formalities, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

• Provide day-to-day guidance on HR operations—including Manpower Planning, Talent Management, Culture Building, T&D, Performance Management, Compliance and Business Partnering.

• Pro-actively connect with employees Pan India basis and report on HR issues, opportunities, and development plans.

• Set KRAs and goal setting in alignment with the business goals towards an efficient PMS.

• Preparation of annual HR budget and engagement calendar.

• Training & Development.

• Oversee Compliance including PF, ESI and Regulation management to ensure HR processes and procedures comply with the law.

Incumbent profile:

• PG in HR with 15 years experience of managing end-to-end HR operations across multiple locations in a manufacturing environment ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.

• Exposure to HR automation/HRIS, People Analytics, and technology-driven transformation across the employee lifecycle; skilled in HRMS Implementation & Compliance.

Annual Compensation: 20-25 LPA
