About the Role

AGM / DGM Marketing Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

Leadership – Team Management

  • Lead the marketing department, managing a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales – Closing, Design – Creative, Digital, PR) to implement marketing strategies.
  • Mentor, inspire, and develop team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs for all marketing activities, ensuring accountability and measurable results.

Strategic Marketing – Brand & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for luxury residential and commercial properties, aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Oversee brand development, ensuring all communications are consistent with the company’s luxury image and values.
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, print media, events, and VIP client experiences.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Plan and execute high-profile property launches, events, and client engagement initiatives to attract HNI clients.

Digital & CRM Management

  • Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website, social media channels, and third-party platforms.
  • Oversee CRM strategy and systems to track leads, client interactions, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and content creation, are aligned with brand and revenue goals.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Approve and guide the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, promotional materials, videos, and virtual property tours.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with Sales – Closing, Post-Sales, and Senior Leadership to ensure marketing supports sales growth and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and strategic differentiation in the market.

Skills & Competencies

  • Extensive experience in luxury real estate marketing, with deep understanding of HNI client expectations and luxury brand positioning.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO – SEM, social media, content creation, and CRM management.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset, able to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (Trello – Asana).
  • Creative thinking and ability to conceptualize innovative marketing strategies for luxury audiences.
  • Knowledge of event planning and management for high-end launches and exclusive client experiences.
  • Excellent written – verbal communication and presentation skills.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7–12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 8 years in leadership roles in luxury real estate or high-end industries.
  • Proven track record in

    driving successful campaigns, generating qualified leads, and contributing to revenue growth

    in luxury property markets.
  • Experience in

    brand positioning, high-profile events, and client engagement with HNI clientele

    .
  • Graduate or post-graduate in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
