AGM - Bid Management

As an Assistant General Manager in Bid Management, your role involves overseeing the complete process of RFX deliverables. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting Deal Briefs, getting Single Points of Contacts aligned specific to the project scope, and working closely with solution teams to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered within specified timelines. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders including Business Process Services, Industry units, and Geo teams is essential. Additionally, you will coordinate leadership reviews of solutions and commercials, set up share point and cadence meetings, capture and circulate Minutes of Meeting, create custom templates, and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction Index. Key Responsibilities: - Bid Management of complete RFX deliverables - Prepare and present Deal Brief - Get Single Points of Contacts aligned specific to the scope - Work with solution teams to ensure qualitative solutions within timelines - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including BPS, Industry units, Geo teams - Align leadership review of solution and commercials - Set up share point and cadence meetings - Capture and circulate Minutes of Meeting - Create custom templates - Maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction Index - Manage and execute client visits end to end Qualifications Required: - Graduate / Post Graduate Degree with minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Business Process Services - Strong understanding of various functions such as F&A, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, CX - Understanding of various industry verticals and their core businesses - Strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills - Ability to write content aligned to the requirements - Other skills required include Communication skills, Business Acumen, Result orientation, Analytical ability, Interpersonal skills, and Customer orientation Please note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
