AGM – Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire accounts and finance function for the family business.
  • Analyze and interpret profit reports to guide reinvestment planning and financial strategies.
  • Identify profitable reinvestment opportunities aligned with the business.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital management, and fund allocation.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as needed.
