Description
Role Overview: As a Business Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for problem solving and analytical abilities, including evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, eliciting user requirements, and documenting them in accepted formats with client sign-off. You will also be analyzing business requirements and preparing detailed requirements, acting as a System Analyst, and providing consultation and inputs to the business. Additionally, you will be conducting Show N Tell/Demos to the business and providing requirement walkthroughs to project stakeholders. Your role will involve ensuring that functional information is effectively conveyed to technical teams and testing teams as per project needs through training, as well as assisting the testing team with scope definition, test strategy, and test scenarios. Key Responsibilities: - Problem solving and analytical abilities - Eliciting user requirements and documenting in accepted formats - Analyzing business requirements and preparing detailed requirements - Providing consultation and inputs to the business - Conducting Show N Tell/Demos to the business - Providing requirement walkthroughs to project stakeholders - Coordinating delivery of services involving internal/external teams - Strong customer focus and business thinking - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Ability to multi-task and work independently or collaboratively with other teams Qualifications Required: - At least 7 years of relevant IT experience - Exposure to business analysis, systems analysis, and functional testing - Prior experience in Agile methodology - Experience in using JIRA and Visio - Awareness of protocols like Connect Direct, FTPS, SFTP - Experience in BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) preferred Role Overview: As a Business Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for problem solving and analytical abilities, including evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, eliciting user requirements, and documenting them in accepted formats with client sign-off.
