Job Description

As a Business Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for problem solving and analytical abilities, including evaluating information from multiple sources, eliciting user requirements, and documenting them in accepted formats with client sign-off. You will also analyze business requirements and prepare detailed requirements, functioning as a System Analyst when needed. Additionally, you will provide consultation to the business, conduct Show n Tell / Demos, and walk project stakeholders through requirements. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring functional information is effectively communicated to technical teams and testing teams, assisting the testing team with scope definition and test strategy, and collaborating with external service providers. You will need to prioritize work to deliver services successfully in a diverse and constantly changing environment, coordinate service delivery involving internal/external teams, and play the product owner role in the POD. Moreover, you should possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to interact with business and IT parties, negotiate to resolve conflicts, and manage key stakeholders. The ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with geographically distributed teams is essential. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - At least 7 years of relevant IT experience, including exposure to business analysis, systems analysis, and functional testing. - Prior experience in Agile methodology, awareness of story slicing, and experience in story point estimation technique. - Experience in using JIRA and Visio is a must. - Awareness of protocols like Connect Direct, FTPS, SFTP is desirable. - Experience in BDD (Behavior Driven Development) is preferred.,
