What You'll Work On:

Design and develop agentic AI systems using LangChain, CrewAI, and similar frameworks

Build ML/NLP pipelines with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers

Integrate AI agents with tools and APIs to enable autonomous workflows (e.g., n8n, Make, ComfyUI)

Architect and manage data layers using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Vector DBs like Pinecone or Weaviate

Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and apply advanced techniques like PEFT, LoRA/qLoRA

Optimize AI performance and deploy models on MCP servers, Azure Foundry, or custom GPU setups

Must-Have Skills:

Strong programming in Python (NumPy, Torch, Scikit-learn, Transformers)

Experience with 4–5 real AI/ML projects in production or near-production stage

Hands-on with LangChain, CrewAI, or similar agentic AI stacks

Understanding of prompt engineering and tool orchestration

Experience integrating APIs, custom tools, and automation layers

Familiarity with RAG pipelines, Vector Stores, and embedding techniques

Bonus Points:

Experience with Auto Workflow engines (n8n, Make, ComfyUI)

Knowledge of PEFT, LoRA, qLoRA, Hugging Face Spaces, and Model Optimization

Experience with containerized AI apps (Docker, FastAPI)

Comfortable working with multi-agent workflows and memory-driven systems
