Job Description

Position: Agentic AI Developer (TE48FT RM 3355)

LLM Application Development and Fine-Tuning
Experience in building and fine-tuning large language model applications
Agentic AI Frameworks
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Patterns
Experience in implementing RAG pipelines and integrating with enterprise knowledge systems
Prompt Engineering and Tool Orchestration
Proficient in designing effective prompts, integrating tools, and managing orchestration workflows

Additional Required Skills

Translating business problems into data science problems (Problem Formulation)
OKR validation using statistical measures
Data wrangling, storytelling, and insight generation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel VBA
Technical decision-making: knowing when to iterate and when to stop
